I bet that most of you guys have a goal that's most important to you. Some people will say that agency is their biggest goal to achieve in Chobots. If you don't know what an agent is, keep reading, and maybe you'll find yourself interested in becoming an agent yourself.
What is an agent? What is their role in Chobots?
Agents are people who have proven themselves trustworthy. They follow and enforce the rules and help others when they need help. Most agents have played Chobots for a long period of time, and know the game quite well.
Do agents get any extra features?
They do! They are awarded with a very nice badge, like the one shown to the right. You can also tell an agent by their blue chat and blue name tag in-game. Agents also have a secret HQ for them to hang out in, where they have an catalog for special items, as well as right outside their HQ, they have a nice graffiti wall to make amazing drawings!
What will happen if an agent breaks the rules?
If you see an agent break the rules, please email support@chobots.net with proof so they can figure out what will happen. If it's the worst case scenario, the agent will be de-agented, and maybe even banned.
Can agents get hacked, and if so, what happens?
Chobots has many ways to make sure that everyone's accounts are safe. If any Chobot is hacked, it is either because of a weak password, or they were sharing their password with another user, which of course, is against Chobots' rules.
How can I become an agent?
Becoming an agent is a long process. You have to prove you are trustworthy, and you have to enforce the rules. Show off your friendly and helpful qualities. One way to make many new friends is to make a Chobots related blog, and get more involved in the community. Also remember to always be on the lookout for bad Chobots, Nichos, and make sure you enforce the rules, and if they don't listen to you when you mention the rules, simply report and ignore the user. Moderators and Agents are always on the look out for new candidates, so maybe if you work hard enough, you could be our next agent! Just remember, it takes time to become an agent. It takes weeks, maybe even months of effort to become an agent. Just never give up!
