Recently, there have been many reports that there have been users trying to trick others into giving them their personal info.  The team is aware, and wants to stress the fact that no staff member WILL NEVER ask for a password of a user, no matter the circumstances.  If you are consulted by any user, regardless if they're a staff member or not, screenshot it, and send it to Support as quickly as possible.  If you have any questions, or further concerns, it is also encouraged to email Support.  The team also states that any user caught sharing their password will be banned to ensure the safety of other users.
