The team is, yet again, looking for more amazing blog writers for the journalist program here on Chobots. The Journalist program's mission is to show off the outstanding and "well-maintained" blogs that Chobots users have created for the rest of the community to see. Your blog must meet the following requirements before applying:
The team is, yet again, looking for more amazing blog writers for the journalist program here on Chobots. The Journalist program's mission is to show off the outstanding and "well-maintained" blogs that Chobots users have created for the rest of the community to see. Your blog must meet the following requirements before applying:
- Your blog is updated weekly (preferably more often), and your blog is at least ONE MONTH OLD.
- Your posts are from your own originality, and not copy/pasted from another website or the Official Blog.
- You MAY use images from the official blog in your posts.
Becoming a Journalist, of course, has very special perks, such as:
- Your blog will be featured on the header of the play page
- You will receive a Journalist badge with the name of your blog, plus, an exclusive playercard skin.
- Receive a free week of citizenship at the beginning of each month
- Be invited to an exclusive mailing list to receive information of upcoming events, possible features, and news before they're released to the public
- You will receive your own personal feather hand-held item
- You will be invited to write one post on the official blog
- You will be able to PC a moderator, regardless if their playercard is blocked
- Moderators will bookmark your blog
- Your blog will be featured on the official blog's sidebar
- Your name tag will become purple
If you are interested in applying for the journalist program, submissions will take place until Saturday, August 31st. Make sure your blog's URL link is located in the comments section of this post on the Official Blog. Submissions submitted elsewhere, including Support, will not be accounted for. Once submissions close, the team will closely evaluate each blog and then announce the September journalists!
Note to August Journalists: It is NOT required that you re-submit your blog if you wish to remain a journalist.
